Evaluate or simulate aspheric surfaces and profiles, and assess surface finish according to ISO 10110-8 standards—ideal for imaging systems, sensors, and laser applications.

Analyze high-precision aspheric optics – optimize both quality and production efficiency by assessing precision aspheric components.

Define reference geometry – input and adjust key design parameters such as radius, conic constant, and polynomial coefficients to match the optical design.

Import design data – load reference values for geometry and tolerances directly from external files.

Generate comparison outputs – choose to create a fitted asphere, a residual map (showing deviations between measured and reference surfaces), or both.

Evaluate and verify parameters – compute aspheric-specific metrics and compare them against defined tolerance thresholds.

Surface finish analysis – visualize and assess the Power Spectral Density (PSD) of the surface and ensure it complies with ISO 10110-8 specifications for optical surface finish.
