We are delighted to announce the upcoming installation of a combined AFM–Raman–FLIM system at the Department of Chemistry, University of Miskolc.
What makes this installation truly special is the unique integration of three advanced techniques in one instrument: Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Raman spectroscopy, and Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy (FLIM). At the heart of the system lies the Raman microscope, which is seamlessly combined with both AFM and FLIM technologies. This synergy allows researchers to simultaneously explore the structural, chemical, and dynamic properties of materials at the nanoscale with unprecedented precision.
Such triple-combination systems are extremely rare — to date, only two of these instruments have been installed worldwide by Renishaw. The University of Miskolc will soon join this exclusive group of institutions at the forefront of scientific innovation.
Follow us for more details and insights as we prepare for this milestone installation and the new opportunities it will unlock for cutting-edge research.
