Measurement Service 

High precision, fast turnaround, and expert evaluation.

We provide non-destructive, high-resolution 3D X-ray CT analysis to reveal internal structures of your samples. Our service includes dimensional checks, porosity studies, and structural or failure analysis for industrial parts and research samples. Measurements are performed at the University of Szeged using Tescan UNITOM XL Spectral CT system.

Scanning Electron Microscope Imaging Service 

High precision, fast turnaround, and expert evaluation.

We also offer high-resolution surface imaging using a TESCAN MIRA FE-SEM located at the Wigner Research Centre for Physics. This advanced field emission SEM system enables detailed morphological and structural characterization at the nanoscale, supporting both research and industrial applications. The system is also equipped with a Nenovision LiteScope AFM system for combined CPEM analysis.
