Technology

Compact Robotics for Flexible Microscopy

The MICRO Product Line is built around the patented miBot™ mobile robot, a compact robotic platform designed to provide precise positioning under optical microscopes.

Unlike conventional manipulators mounted at the edge of the microscope stage, miBot™ can move freely around the sample, giving users greater flexibility when positioning tools or approaching complex structures from different angles. Multiple robots can work together on the same sample, making sophisticated manipulation tasks easier and more efficient.

Powered by piezoelectric actuation, the system combines rapid coarse positioning with highly controlled fine motion, ensuring smooth, stable and repeatable operation.

All robot movements and experimental workflows are managed through the Precisio™ Software Suite, providing intuitive control, coordinated multi-robot operation and seamless integration into laboratory workflows.
