At the heart of every IMINA solution is the patented miBot™ mobile robot, a compact robotic positioning system designed specifically for high-precision microscopy applications.
Unlike conventional manipulators that are permanently mounted to the microscope chamber, miBot™ can move freely around the sample, allowing users to position probes and tools exactly where they are needed. This unique mobile architecture provides greater flexibility, makes more efficient use of limited workspace, and enables multiple robots to operate simultaneously on the same sample.
Powered by advanced piezoelectric actuation, miBot™ combines fast coarse positioning with ultra-precise nanometer-scale motion. The result is smooth, stable and repeatable manipulation, even during the most demanding probing and characterization tasks.
All robotic movements, positioning functions and measurement workflows are managed through the Precisio™ Software Suite, providing a unified and intuitive interface for experiment control, instrument integration and data acquisition.
