Visualize material composition in true 3D – combine 3D imaging with chemical data to explore complex material structures.

  • Analyze each voxel as a set of multiple channels (e.g., one per material type using confocal Raman or FIB-SEM in EDX mode)

  • Alternatively, treat voxels as a single intensity channel, as in FIB-SEM BSE mode

  • Apply a broad range of visualization and animation options, including dynamic segmentation and filtering

  • Use real-time color mixing and segmentation to visualize how materials relate spatially within the cube

  • Instantly show or hide specific materials, or remove one to reveal others beneath

Extract and analyze 2D data

From cube to surface

  • Convert data cubes into Shell studiables (freeform surfaces) for detailed particle morphology analysis
